CANCELLATION POLICY
At Hudson Beauty Salon & Academy, we value our clients' and Employees ' time. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for everyone, please review our cancellation terms below: - Cancellations or Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allow our team to offer the spot to another client or student. - Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in a non-refundable deposit loss and may require a new deposit to book again. - Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may cause your appointment or class session to be canceled or rescheduled, depending on availability. - Deposits are non-refundable (at least 24 hours), your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment or class date. - Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lead to restricted booking privileges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation - these policies help us maintain professionalism and provide quality service and education to all our guests and students.
